We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we strive to deliver the best quality products possible. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for store credit within 14 days.

Once your package bas been shipped, you can't ask for a cancellation. You have to make an exchange or return request. Once the product has been shipped, any attempt to cancel an order or obtain a refund from your financial institution without contacting us will be considered FRAUD and you will have to respond to a complaint from our company.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We understand that the return shipment may take some time to arrive back at our warehouse and so we just need the returned items to be shipped out within those days (not delivered) !

- Please make sure to contact us in order to receive a Return Authorization Number PRIOR to shipping the item(s) back.

- All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original packaging attached to them.

- Customers are responsible for return postage costs if their change their mind.

- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds may take up to one billing cycle to show up on your statement. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened and clearly damaged by client. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Sale Items: All sales of discounted items are final. Discounted Items cannot be returned for exchanges, credit, or refunds.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Lost/Stolen Packages

our site is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. POLICY VIOLATION

Anyone who attempts to violate our policies will also be subject to prosecution and will have to respond to an attempted fraud complaint.
