  • UK: Standard (7 - 10 Business Days), or Express (3 - 5 Days)
  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand: Standard (7 - 10 Business Days), or Express (3 - 5 Days)
  • Europe (Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Netherlands,Croatia) Standard (7 - 10 business Days) or Express (3 - 5 Days)
  • Rest of Europe: (7 - 10 Business Days), or Express (3 - 5 Days)
  • Rest of the World: 10 - 20 Days

SHIPPING FEES:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your item. To get the value of your shipping costs, fill your shopping cart with the item (s) you want to purchase. Then click on the CART icon to take you to the summary of your items.

Once you are in the Cart page:

1. Click on the button : '' Estimate Shipping ''

2. Click on the button : '' Estimate Shipping '' and put your informations. Finally click on '' Calculate Shipping ''.

3. The prices will be indicated to you according to the items in your cart and your location. The price will also be displayed in your local currency.

Policies :

If your order is not delivered by the estimated delivery time, please contact at info@intimatesavenue.com us for assistance!

if your order takes more than 70 days (standard shipping way), we will refund the full order and you keep the item. This is not applicable for stolen or lost products or for wrong addresses. We always refer to the tracking number.

Note: Please kindly understand, for the shipping time, most of country will be more than expected work days, due to COVID-19.

The delayed shipment is not just from us, but from the sub vendors, logistics, and all other related support , like air flights reduced, some districts not convenient or lack of delivery man...

Do not worry, we will be here keeping tracking your order until you get it, hope it can be fine.

Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

We celebrate the act of discovery. We work with small vendors from all over the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

I did'nt received my order yet :

If you place an order and we haven't received it in the allotted time yet, contact us and we'll help you figure out what's going on. However, it is useless to take standard delivery (15 to 30 business days) and come and ask us for your package after 5 days. Same for express delivery.

Once the product has been shipped, any attempt to cancel an order or obtain a refund from your financial institution without contacting us will be considered FRAUD and you will have to respond to a complaint from our company.

Anyone who attempts to violate our policies will also be subject to prosecution and will have to respond to an attempted fraud complaint.

Problem to Track My Order :

If you have trouble tracking your order from your our site, try entering your tracking number on the AfterShip or 17track website. These platforms are international partners of several shipping companies and can sometimes be more powerful than our tool.

Custom fees :

Customers are responsible for customs charges if applicable. We do our best to save you additional customs fees by separating large orders into multiple shipments. Customs charges are random and we cannot guarantee whether or not you will get any. Refusing to pay customs charges is not a valid reason for a refund.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. If you are unsure of your Tracking ID please use our Order Lookup form located Here.
Please allow 3 to 7 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
